Transforming Lives Through Meaningful Projects
Every project reflects our commitment to serving humanity through education, heritage preservation, community development, disaster recovery, and sustainable initiatives—creating lasting impact where it is needed most.
Akhun Ilyas Baba Jee Campus – A Centre for Faith, Education & Community Development
Empowering communities through faith, values-based education, skills, and sustainable development.

Inspired by the legacy of Hazrat Akhun Ilyas Baba (RA)—the revered 17th-century scholar, spiritual reformer, and founder of the historic Akhunkhel dynasty—the Akhun Ilyas Baba Jee Campus was established in Kohan Sharif, Nehag Dara, Upper Dir, as a lasting investment in education, faith, and community welfare.
Developed by Sir Foundation, the campus brings together essential institutions within a single purpose-built environment, including a mosque, madrasa, Hazrat Akhun Ilyas Baba Jee School, Kha Bibi Tailoring Centre, Sandkai Baba Jee Jirga Hall, and a community campus market. Together, these facilities create a vibrant centre where learning, worship, skills development, and social engagement flourish side by side.
The school's vision extends beyond academic excellence. It is committed to providing values-based education, nurturing children with strong moral character, practical life skills, compassion, and leadership. The long-term goal is that every child completing primary education will also become a Hafiz-e-Quran, combining religious knowledge with modern education to prepare responsible and confident future citizens.
The Kha Bibi Tailoring Centre empowers women and girls with practical vocational skills, enabling them to achieve greater self-reliance and contribute to their families and communities. Meanwhile, the Jirga Hall serves as a welcoming space for dialogue, unity, and community decision-making, while the campus market supports local economic activity and strengthens community livelihoods.
The inauguration of the campus was celebrated by hundreds of elders, youth, and children from across the region, reflecting the community's shared commitment to a brighter future. More than a collection of buildings, the Akhun Ilyas Baba Jee Campus stands as a symbol of service, opportunity, and hope—preserving a rich spiritual legacy while creating pathways for education, empowerment, and sustainable community development for generations to come.
Flood Recovery Housing Project – Restoring Hope, Rebuilding Lives
Rebuilding safe, resilient homes and restoring hope for families affected by devastating floods.

The devastating floods of 2025 left thousands of families across Pakistan without homes, livelihoods, and a sense of security. In response, Sir Foundation launched the Flood Recovery Housing Project to help vulnerable families rebuild their lives with dignity by providing safe, durable, and permanent homes in the worst-affected communities of District Buner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Tehsil Alipur, Muzaffargarh, Punjab.
In District Buner, where catastrophic flash floods claimed hundreds of lives and destroyed entire communities, the Foundation constructed 15 permanent homes for families who had not only lost their houses but also their loved ones. Each home was thoughtfully designed with three bedrooms, an attached bathroom, a separate kitchen, and a store room, using high-quality construction materials and reinforced concrete roofs. The foundations, columns, and beams were engineered to support future expansion, allowing families to add additional floors as their needs grow.
In Tehsil Alipur, Punjab, where widespread flooding displaced hundreds of thousands of residents, the Foundation completed 11 permanent homes for flood-affected families based on carefully assessed community needs and eligibility criteria. Every house was built to provide long-term safety, comfort, and resilience, enabling families to move beyond temporary shelters and begin a new chapter of stability.
More than a housing initiative, this project represents a commitment to restoring hope after disaster. By replacing loss with security and uncertainty with opportunity, the Flood Recovery Housing Project has helped families rebuild not only their homes but also their confidence, dignity, and future. It stands as a lasting symbol of compassion, resilience, and the collective responsibility to support communities in their greatest time of need.
Sir Skills Development Centers (SSDC) – Empowering Youth Through Digital Skills
Transforming potential into opportunity through skills, technology, and innovation.

In today's rapidly evolving digital world, access to technology and practical skills is essential for building a brighter future. Recognising this need, Sir Foundation, in collaboration with ECMPR Pakistan, established the Sir Skills Development Centers (SSDC) to provide free digital and vocational education for orphaned and underprivileged children studying in madrasas.
The first SSDC was inaugurated in May 2026 at Darussalam Orphanage, Mayar, Jandool, Lower Dir, creating an inclusive learning environment where both boys and girls can develop practical skills for education, employment, and entrepreneurship. The centre features a modern Computer & Digital Skills Lab alongside a Tailoring & Vocational Training Centre, ensuring equal opportunities for students to learn, grow, and become self-reliant.
The programme combines Islamic values with modern education, offering training in computer literacy, Microsoft Office, graphic design, digital media, internet technologies, artificial intelligence, freelancing, entrepreneurship, and practical life skills. Through hands-on learning and regular assessments, students gain the confidence and experience needed to succeed in today's digital economy.
Beyond technical training, SSDC aims to nurture character, discipline, creativity, and leadership while inspiring students to become productive members of society. By equipping young people with employable skills and encouraging lifelong learning, the programme helps transform education into opportunity and hope into lasting change.
The Sir Skills Development Centers represent more than classrooms—they are a gateway to brighter futures, empowering orphaned and disadvantaged youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support their families, strengthen their communities, and contribute to Pakistan's sustainable development.
Shahi Qabristan Restoration & Heritage Conservation
Restoring a historic royal cemetery to preserve its legacy for future generations.

Shahi Qabristan, located in Upper Dir, is a 250+ year-old royal cemetery that serves as the final resting place of the Nawabs and rulers of the former Dir State. As one of the region's most significant heritage sites, it represents centuries of history, culture, and architectural craftsmanship.
Recognising its historical importance and deteriorating condition, the Sir Foundation, together with dedicated community volunteers, launched a comprehensive restoration and preservation initiative. The project focuses on conserving historic graves, restoring and renewing damaged marble inscriptions, and protecting the site's unique architectural identity.
Beyond conservation, the initiative reconstructed the boundary wall and the main entrance gate to enhance security and preserve the cemetery for future generations. A solar power system and a bore well were also installed to provide sustainable lighting and a reliable water supply for visitors and ongoing maintenance.
Through landscape improvement, environmental beautification, and respectful restoration, Shahi Qabristan has been transformed into a secure, well-maintained, and dignified heritage site. This project reflects our commitment to preserving history, honouring those who came before us, and ensuring that this priceless cultural legacy continues to inspire generations to come.
